WELL-BEING IS A PRECONDITION TO LEARN WELL
This is the starting point of my work. When students feel well, they learn better, are more engaged in their learning process and in prosocial behaviour. Moreover, teachers that feel well, are better teachers and have a positive influence on the well-being and learning results of their students.
However, the figures in terms of well-being are alarming and the learning results are in decline all over Europe.
A wholeschoolapproach can turn the tide. That is why I provide training sessions for teachers and other educational professionals on the theme 'well-being', and coaching sessions for schools that want to anchor well-being in all dimensions of the school.
EDUCATION IS ALWAYS ABOUT RELATIONSHIPS.

Who am I?
I'm Ines. I am passionate about personal and organizational development and how both can strengthen each other. Or simply put, through the questions: 'How can people stand in their strength and be resilient?' and 'How can you strengthen organizations so that they have even more impact on people and society?'.
The common thread in all of this is how to get the best out of people and organizations, especially in a rapidly changing and turbulent world.
And that is why I provide training and coaching on 'well-being at school' and I am a process supervisor for organizations.
My mission is to strengthen people and organizations to be resilient in the world and to be of significance to others. In this way, I want to help build a society that is in line with our humanity.
My vision on well-being at school
My work starts from the following principles:
-
it combines insights from psychology ánd neurosciences.
-
it focusses on prevention and empowerment.
-
it aims at strenghtening the individual and collective well-being at school, from a shared responsibility between teachers and pupils, teachers and parents, etc.
-
it is in line with the research and recommendations of the European Union on integration well-being at school as one of the 'Pathways to School Success'.
